Join our small-group Personal Training session beginning with our 6-week kickstarter to boost your knowledge and progress.
Classes hold a maximum of 8 members to 1 personal trainer who specialises in strength training, weight-loss and muscle building.
Continue on to 4-week blocks focussing on lifting for building strength, muscle mass, and weightloss. Accessory movements and conditioning to help you burn fat and get fitter and more energised!
