Small Group Personal Training
Join our small-group Lift and Transform sessions..
Classes will be 6 members to 1 personal trainer who specialises in strength training, weight-loss and muscle building.
The 4-week blocks will see you focus on two main lifts for the month, accompanied by accessory movements and conditioning to help you burn fat and build muscle.
Our memberships are designed to save you money whist giving you the best training schedule. However, if you require something more flexible, our class pack may be for you.
